Sydney Beeler

Sydney Beeler is a seasoned higher education leader with over 20 years of experience advancing student success, institutional growth, and operational excellence. As senior director of client success at CampusWorks, she drives strategic partnerships and leads the implementation of technology and process improvements aligned with institutional goals, ensuring that client institutions achieve measurable outcomes through innovation and collaboration.

Previously, Beeler served as vice president of enrollment management at Westmoreland County Community College (PA), where she led the development and execution of strategic enrollment plans, expanded K–12 partnerships, and secured grant funding to support equitable access. Her leadership consistently prioritized student success—designing initiatives that improved retention, streamlined enrollment, and removed barriers for underserved populations.

Beeler holds an Ed.D. in higher education from the University of Kansas. Her research examined the experiences of underserved student populations, including low-income single mothers, and she has published on topics such as lifelong learning and access.
